Heatwave Spins T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

The Heatwave Spins Tournament offers Hollywood Casino players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a share of $25,000 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) by earning Tournament Points towards the Tournament.

The “Heatwave Spins” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

• Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in required. Players must join the Leaderboard by hitting the ‘Join Now’ button/prompt.

• Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in via 'Join Now’ and place cash wager(s) of $0.10 or more on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. For every $0.10 in winning cash wagers won on the Eligible Games, players will earn one (1) Tournament Point towards the Tournament. Players must earn a minimum of 500 Tournament Points to be eligible for the Promotion Offer (defined below). There is no limit to the number of Tournament Points that can be earned during the Promotion Period. Winning cash wagers listed below will earn additional Tournament Points when you place Eligible Wagers as described below:

• Promotion Offer: Players who join and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will compete for a chance to win a share of $25,000 in PENN Play Credits. The Top (350) players who earn the most Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the applicable Promotion Period will win a share of $25,000 in PENN Play Credits. Players must earn a minimum of 500 Leaderboard Points to qualify for the Promotion Offer. PENN Play Credits may be used on any games available on Hollywood Casino or any markets available on theScore Bet. Prize pool breakdown for the Slot Tournament is below:

• PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply. Additional Terms

• By joining the Promotion, players consent to having their redacted email displayed on the Leaderboard.
• The Leaderboard will be updated automatically during the Promotion Period and available on the tournaments page.
• If two (2) or more Participants finish in the same final position on the Leaderboard, the Participant who has the higher handle during the Promotion Period will receive the higher valued prize.
• After the results of the Leaderboard are finalized, the winners will be notified via in-app automatic notification within three (3) days.
• All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
• PENN Play Credits are applied to a player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days of receipt.
• To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at: support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

• This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

Below is the Promotion Period: 

• August 24, 2026: 12:00:00 PM ET - August 30, 2026: 11:59:59 AM ET
• Each “day” of the Promotion Period is defined as 12:00:00 PM ET to 11:59:59 AM ET

3. Eligibility

1. Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
2. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

4. Action Required

Players must join the Leaderboard by hitting the ‘Join Now’ button/prompt and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games (see Section 10) for a chance to receive the Promotion Offer.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

PENN Play Credits are applied to a player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days of receipt. No further action is necessary. For more information on bonuses please visit our Bonus page.

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

1. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
2. PENN Play Credits may be used on Hollywood Casino or theScore Bet and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

Penn Play Credits may be used on any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino or any markets available on theScore Bet.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply. 

• PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit.

12. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at: support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restrictions. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms

1. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
2. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
3. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
4. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
5. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
6. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
7. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
8. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
