How to Withdraw Funds

To withdraw funds from your Hollywood Casino Wallet:

1. Access your ‘Wallet’ from the ‘My Account’ page.
2. Select ‘Withdrawal’.
3. On the ‘Withdrawal’ page you will see your total balance and be prompted to enter the amount that you wish to withdraw. There is a $10 minimum for all withdrawal options.
4. Next you will select the ‘Withdrawal method’ and tap Continue. Follow the steps provided. When the transaction is complete you will see a confirmation page with a Transaction ID.
5. All withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process. You can view the status of your request in ‘Pending Transactions’.

Withdrawals may take 1-3 business days to complete depending on the withdrawal method selected.
